Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping (for some transactions) for local and interstate orders. Contact us to get a freight quote.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees vary based on the weight and size of the order, as well as the distance from the dispatching warehouse. Please contact us for a real time freight quote via the live chat feature on the website or by giving us a call.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination. On average, orders in the Sydney Metropolitan areas are completed in approximately 3 business days (this can and does vary depending on the order and the availability of the courier services).

International Shipping: At the current time, we do not offer international shipping. If you need something sent to you outside of Australia - please feel free to send us an email to sales@aussieladders.com.au and we can take it from there. Please note that additional fees and customs charges will apply.

Return Policy

Here at Aussie Ladders, we want to ensure that you get what you're looking for and will do what we can to aid in that. However, there are some policies in place to be mindful of:

Prior to placing an order, the Customer is responsible for ensuring that the product they have selected is entirely appropriate for its intended use as refunds for change of mind reasons will not be granted.

​

Only products that have a manufacturing defect are eligible for returns and/or refunds.

 

When returning an item, it must be repackaged and sent back in its original packaging to ensure that a refund/ exchange is granted.

​

Any refund amount will not including the original shipping / freight charges, unless the return is due to manufacturing defects.

​

Refunds will not be granted due to delays in delivery.

​

Our appraisal process and approval of credit, if deemed necessary, will be completed within seven (7) business days starting from the date we receive the item. Please allow this timeframe for the process to be completed.
